SOLID VIRTUALITY
Virtual Pavilion 2020 was conceived with the aim of exploring architectural spaces in a virtual setting to achieve a realistic and functional representation through Virtual Reality. By doing so, we created a platform for showcasing digital art, sculptures, paintings, music, and more.
During 2023 – 2024, this exploration was enriched by the contributions of our esteemed artist friends: Carlos Neda and Mina Wright in sculpture, alongside Paula Rosas in music. From this collaboration, a new exhibition titled “Solid Virtuality” was born, embodying the heft of materials through an ephemeral experience in the virtual realm, thus raising the perennial question: What is real? In this space, sculptural morphologies, materials, and music converge across various artworks, creating a spatial atmosphere that immerses the viewer in the experience.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the artists who dedicated their time and effort to bring this experience to life.
